HOUSTON's Story...
Houston we have a problem…..You Are Homeless (FOSTER HOME NEEDED)

Houston was a stray roaming the countryside and ended up in a rural shelter where animals are given a minimal time to be adopted. This shelter does not give any medical attention nor do they perform any type of evaluations. Although we were unable to obtain any basic information about Houston from the shelter staff, his photo captured our hearts. We decided to take a chance and offered to take him into our Rescue program.

Houston has turned out to be a wonderful dog! He is good with dogs and people. Since we have taken him into our program we have had all his necessary medical work done including neutering; luckily he is heartworm negative. Houston is in a temporary foster home and is in need of a more permanent living situation where we can learn more about this handsome, sweet boy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

HOUSTON, a North Wales Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in North Wales, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in North Wales.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Wales already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Wales breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Wales paves the way for another one to be saved.
