Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello! My name is Tony & I am a 14-16 week old treeing walker coonhound or a hound mix. My mom, Trixie, & I were found as strays in North Carolina and taken to a shelter where our days were numbered. Luckily, Penny Angels came along and rescued us both! We lived in a foster home before being transported to NJ, and now we are both ready to find our forever homes! Penny Angels wanted to find us a home together, but the right person hasn't come along yet, so it looks like we will be adopted out separately.
I weigh over 12 lbs. now, but might weigh about 50 lbs. when I am full grown. I am an outgoing pup that loves the other doggies in Rescue! I think it would be fun to have a buddy to play with in my new home, and a fenced-in yard would be a bonus! I am starting to learn how to walk on a leash with a harness, but since I am still a puppy, I will need some help with housetraining and learning some basic commands. If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an application because you must be pre-approved before you can adopt me.
