Barkley's Story...
Hi my name is Barkley. My brother Duke and I (well I grew up with him) had to move out cause dad went to the old people home. He was not doing well.

We are a couple of fun lovin, great in a car, good with people, kids and dogs kinda dogs. At our age we are mature, well trained and no potty issues. Generally we are healthy and ready for a new home.

We greatly want to stay together if at all possible. So, check us out and see if one or both will fit into your great home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Barkley, a Gilbert Australian Shepherd/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
