Cornelius is a male Shih Tzu approximately 2 years of age. He has a stout, sturdy body weighing a solid 16 pounds. Cornelius has soft, wavy orange and white fur that is low/non-shedding. He is currently sporting a shorter summer haircut due to severe matting upon his arrival to the shelter. Cornelius is a happy, easygoing young dog. He is very low maintenance, mellow and quiet. Cornelius likes things peaceful and enjoys a more serene environment. He walks beautifully on leash, trotting out in front with his curly tail waving in the air. Cornelius is affectionate and adores people and attention. He does not play with other dogs, instead he definitely prefers the company of people. He is great when guests come over, greeting them appropriately without jumping up or barking. Cornelius is a great house dog. He adores treats and will do anything for a tidbit. He also enjoys sunning himself in the backyard while you putter around the garden or maybe have a picnic. Cornelius is content to simply keep you company without any fuss. He is a classy gentleman and an easy keeper. Cornelius is healthy and ready for his new forever home today!
Cornelius’s adoption donation is $350 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
