Cutie's Story...
Hi!!! My name is Cutie and I betcha you can't guess why they named me that?? It might have to do with these adorable black eyes or even the fun little ears and tail I have. But I think it's because just about everything I do is CUTE!

They say I'm a Rat Terrier - what a silly name for a dog breed. I was told I'm 2 years old and weigh about 11 pounds, but I don't look big enough to be 11lbs. Must be all that extra cute I'm hanging onto.

I do well with other dogs, but I can't lie - I really enjoy your attention much more! And if you have a backyard that I can run around in like in my little Debut Video here, I'd be so happy.

I'm sure there's more I could tell you, but I've gotta run. If you want to hear more about me, please email CaliCan Rescue at info@calicanrescue.com and they'll fill you in on the rest.

My adoption fees are $280 and covers my spay, rabies & DHPP vaccines, deworming, heart worm test, microchipping, all other vet visits and costs to get me ready for and transportation to travel to Canada!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cutie, a Edmonton Rat Terrier/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Edmonton, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Edmonton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edmonton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edmonton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edmonton paves the way for another one to be saved.
