I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Chico's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Chico's Story...
This is the info given by the woman that surrendered Chico to us:
8 YEAR OLD MALE - PEDIGREED LONG HAIRED Chihuahua - BROWN
NEUTERED
CHIPPED
SHOTS TO DATE
COMES WITH HIS OWN ARTWORK - SELF PORTRAITS MADE BY LOCAL ARTIST
WARDROBE - RAIN COAT, TWO JACKETS
POTTY TRAINED - PAPER PAD TRAINED
Now here is what we have to say:
He is a lovely dog! His original owner passed away and on her death bed her only concern was for Chico. Her daughter said she would take care of him...now due to a change of circumstances (sigh) Chico is with us. He is loving, loyal, well behaved and ready to start the next chapter. He is looking for a life long commitment. Please consider Chico, he will light up your life.

He's a bit stressed (confused) about all this new stuff going on. He is doing considerably well considering how much his life has changed. He is great with other dogs and cats and is a low maintenance guy. He walks great on a leash and is up for a new adventure. Don't let his age fool you, Chico said he's ready to be someone's co-pilot whether it be on a hiking trail or on the couch. ;)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chico, a Los Angeles Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
