Here's what the humans have to say about me:
What is not to love? Alicia was a stray who found herself at a county shelter. No one came to claim her and her time was up- luckily for her we saw her and after meeting her-we couldn’t resist those beautiful eyes. Alicia was a shelter favorite so they were happy to see saved. Alicia walks well on leash in typical hound fashion, wanting to sniff everything but easy to get her to focus on the walk. She knows sit, does it when asked. Housebroken, she has good house manners. She barks as opposed to howl but is fairly quiet so we haven’t heard vocals much. Alicia also rides well in the car. She is friendly, affectionate and extremely sweet. Great with other dogs, good with children, her foster home doesn’t have cats so not sure how she would react to them.
Alicia is about 2 years old, so fully grown at 35 lbs. She is now spayed, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, on preventatives, and microchipped. Ready for a fur-ever home .she would love a fenced yard to play in and a family to love.
Please email vivgraves@hotmail.com for more information and an adoption application. Adoption fee of $200 applies to approved home only. Hunters need not apply.
