Lily's Story...
This cute mix has a great look and a lets go have some fun disposition. Lily is a year old and weighs around 40 lbs. She came to the shelter already spayed, so she may be housebroken as well. She can smile for the camera and is a greatsize. She would love to have you visit and take her outdoors to see sunshine and go for a walk. . She did very well at petco adoptions and greeted kids and adults . she loves to walk and wanted to play with most every dog she saw. She would make a good companion dog for another or for someone who likes to play, hike, walk, etc. . the Lincoln County Shelter has a great adoption friendly interaction room you can take your other pet or your family to visit with them. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lily, a Lincolnton Australian Terrier/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Terrier/Border Collie for sale in Lincolnton, or seeking a Australian Terrier/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Lincolnton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Terrier/Border Collie breeders who help with Australian Terrier/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnton paves the way for another one to be saved.
