Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Keefer was starving when a Good Samaritan found him. They fed him and cared for him for a few days before calling us. He is a sweet dog of 1.5 yrs (1/26/14) who loves to eat. Who can blame him? He gets along with everyone and thinks they all want to play with him. He gets quite excited about cats but is not malicious. He had a wound on his neck last year that required surgery. It is all healed now.He weighs 45#. He has the start of a cataract in his left eye. No treatment is required. He is heartworm negative.
Although Keefer is currently in Amite, Louisiana, transport to New England can easily be arranged through Animal Rescue Front.
If you are interested in taking him into your forever home please fill out the adoption form here: http://www.animalrescuefront.org/Adoption-Form.html
