Yogi's Story...
Yogi was held in the dog pound for 7 months awaiting the trial of his abusive owners. He has now been here at the rescue for 2 months. That is 9 months that Yogi hasn't had a home of his own. A home where his people will love him as much as he loves them.

Yogi is a very sweet boy! He gets along with the other dogs, doesn't seem to care about cats, and is good with kids.

He has been neutered, is current on all of his vaccinations, and has been microchipped. He is crate trained and house broken. He has been heart worm and fecal tested.

Yogi is ready to find his new forever home! If you are interested in Yogi, please go to www.howlatthemoonrescue.com and fill out the application. His adoption fee is $250

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Yogi, a Zanesville Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Zanesville, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Zanesville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Zanesville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Zanesville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Zanesville paves the way for another one to be saved.
