Sandy is a feral dog- she has never been socialized with other dogs or people. She follows dogs everywhere but is terrified of people. Sandy needs a very experienced and patient owner who has the time to spend with Sandy to bring out the loving dog that she can be. She never growls or bites, but it can take a while before you can catch her and pick her up. She is adorable and sweet and just needs a lot of time to come out of her shell and trust people. Sandy is 10-12 months old and weighs 8lbs. Are you the right person to give Sandy the chance at a wonderful life?
