My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Princess is a husky mix. Although her date of birth is unknown, she is a young adult. She is approximately 22" at the shoulder, and 30lbs.

Once settled Princess is an energetic, happy, playful dog. She likes to be close to her people, enjoys playing with other dogs after a proper introduction and loves to run and chase with other dogs. She is also gentle with younger dogs. Princess likes to jump like a kangaroo, sometimes on just her back legs and sometimes on all 4 so that she can view her surroundings. She gets excited when people come home and when she gets to meet new people and dogs. She responds to her name being called, as well as to whistles and she has a very good knowledge of commands and tricks when she slows down long enough to perform. Princess smiles a lot and is very alert and attentive with her ears and tail always up.

Princess loves to run in the yard and explore the trees. She will chase the birds that land and try to play with them. She likes to play tug with other dogs and she will cuddle with her stuffies.

Princess would do well in a family home that would spend lots of time with her and be very active with her - perhaps a home with a large yard and lots of outdoor activities. Princess will need a family that can help her work through some of her shyness and can be patient with her when sudden loud noises or movements startle her. Princess would do well with other dogs that are also active. Princess hasn't had any interaction with cats or small children lately; however, she is always a happy and friendly girl and likes to make acquaintances.

(also vaccinated, microchipped, spayed)
