I am already neutered, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.
The first step in our adoption process is an application, which you can submit online at www.littlebitsrescue.org It does not obligate you in any way, but we do not arrange meetings or make telephone contact until we have one. Albert is a one year old Maltese mix puppy (D.O.B. June 27, 2012). We suspect that he is mixed with shih tzu but can’t say for sure. We do know that his mom is a purebred Maltese. Albert is 9 pounds of love bug. He clings to you and wants to burrow in. He is a very social little guy and since he has been with his mother all his life, he would probably do well with a buddy. Albert has been neutered, brought up to date on his immunizations, tested negative for heartworms and started on preventative. He will not be placed in a home with children under the age of 10 or with a dog weighing more than 20 pounds. Albert’s adoption donation is $200, and he is being fostered in Moody, Alabama (near Birmingham). We do approve out of state adoptions, but you must be willing to drive to the foster home to “fetch” your new family member. We do not ship or transport our dogs. If you are interested in adopting this sweet baby, the first step is to submit an APPLICATION
We do not place any dog in a home with "invisible" or underground fencing.
