Romeo's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Romeo's Story...
Romeo is a fantastic 2 year old male, sable and white Papillion. Romeo is very sweet and friendly, lively, adventurous and very expressive. He is great with other dogs, loves car rides and walks well on leash...and really enjoys his walks! Romeo crates well though I'm sure he would be more than happy to sleep in someone's bed. Romeo is equally as happy in someones lap as he is out on a walk or adventure. This sweet and happy boy is ready for his forever home!

If you'd like to apply for Romeo, or any of our rescue's other dogs, please email info@labsandfriends.org to request an application or go to their website at www.labsandfriends.org and download and fill one out. They can be scanned and emailed or faxed to 818-351-8148 (no cover needed).

Thank you for rescuing!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Romeo, a Burbank Papillon dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Papillon for sale in Burbank, or seeking a Papillon dog from a breeder in Burbank.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burbank already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burbank breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Papillon breeders who help with Papillon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burbank paves the way for another one to be saved.
