Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Petunia is a beautiful name for a beautiful dog on the inside and out! We estimate her to be around a 2-3 year old Beagle/Terrier mix. She is house trained, crate trained, calm, and great with kids! Petunia was rescued by her foster family from a local shelter after a long stay. When she left everyone in the shelter wanted to say goodbye to her and that says a lot about her personality. She is not living with any other dogs or cats right now but did great with other dogs at the shelter. We're unsure of how she is with cats but she is such a calm dog and we think she would be fine. She is currently living with three children under the age of 4 and LOVES it! Her best friend in her foster home is a very energetic two year old girl featured in one of her pictures! She sleeps in a crate at night and does not keep her foster family awake. We think she would make a fabulous addition to any family with or without other dogs. She does love kids but is so calm she would make a great companion as well. Petunia has age appropriate vaccines, her rabies shot, a microchip, she is spayed, and heartworm negative. Her adoption fee will help the rescue cover a portion of her vetting. Please e-mail info@FORrescue.net for an application and to hear more about her from her foster mom! She is being fostered near Huntsville, AL.
