My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Amy was pulled from the Sacramento County Shelter when she had an emergency eye removal. Amy is still recovering from the removal of her right eye, but that has not stopped her one bit! Amy is still the same lovable, kissable, spunky girl she was before she lost her eye! Amy is about 1.5 yrs old and is a very petite girl weighing in at approximately 35-40 lbs.
Here is what Amy's foster family has to say about her:
Amy is always happy to meet people and believes that most people need lots of kisses. She loves kids and this sweet girl is always wagging her tail along with the rest of her body. She doesn't turn down a car ride and is always a perfect passenger. She looks forward to her daily walks, where is currently working on her leash skills. She knows sit and watch me. She responds very well to verbal commands and quickly looks to her person to see what they want. She is crate-trained and mostly house-trained, but needs to be taken out regularly to avoid any accidents. She loves to be with her people and will follow you around the house to see what you are doing, but her favorite thing is just cuddling and getting scratched behind her ears.
