Meet Harper! One of the best dogs we have right now! This sweet, handsome young man is looking for a loving family to call his own. He is a very nice boy that passed his behavioral assessment at the shelter and IS HIGHLY "adoptable". He is very affectionate and likes to lean up against your leg for petting sessions. He is very attached to his human. He follows you where ever you go and wants to be by your side every chance that he gets. If you sit in the floor, Harper will be your lap dog! He LOVES rubber toys that he can bop around. He is energetic and would love an active family. He has done very well with kids, cats, and other dogs. He is not a pure bred lab but is very close. His coat is smoother and longer than a pure bred lab and is very silky and soft. He does not willingly get into the car, you have to pick him up and put him in, then quickly shut the door. He is fine once he is in. Maybe he had a bad experience in the past that stills scares him.Video clip available upon request by serious inquirers. If you think this handsome boy has stolen your heart, let us know.
