Ruff Ruff! My name is Monty
|Breed:||Miniature Pinscher Mix||Color:||Black - With Tan, Yellow Or Fawn||Age:||Adult|
|Size:||Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less||Sex:||Male||ID#:||5187419|
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
Our Pal’s Place started seeing Monty’s picture more and more frequently on the county shelter’s “in jeopardy” list. When we had space open for small dogs, O.P.P. went in and got Monty out. Monty is your typical small dog who thinks he rules the world. At 14lbs, there is not much this little guy can’t conquer. He likes to let out a good “Arf” just to remind everyone he is present. Once he finishes telling you the way that it is, he likes to curl up in your lap for a nice cuddle. Monty is a character! Take time to meet him and you’ll see what we mean! Rescue Group Info...
Our Pal’s Place is an animal advocate organization with a pet adoption facility and education center, located in Marietta, Georgia. Our mission is to provide solutions that improve the future for animals. We also run a summer camp program teaching children the importance of spay & neuter and kindness to animals.
Our purpose is to rescue animals from euthanasia at local animal control shelters. When entering the shelter, we first meet the animals who are on "death row". If we believe we can find the animal a good home, we bring them into our organization. We provide safe housing, food, basic training, necessary rehabilitation and a lot of TLC! The animals receive full veterinarian care and are spay/neutered. Meanwhile, we work to find these homelss animals a "forever home".
Rescue and adoption is an important step to helping homeless animals, but will not resolve the overpopulation problem, eliminate animal cruelty or prevent dog fighting. For this reason, Our Pal's Place is dedicated to providing solutions to current animal welfare issues through our education center and community outreach programs. In a positive, fun environment we teach solutions and provide hands-on learning experiences for youth and adults.
You can donate right on our website! The dogs say woof & thank you!

Vetting & Adoption Fees
Adult Dog (older than 9 months): $150 - includes vaccinations, rabies and spay/neuter
Puppy (9 months or younger): $200 – includes puppy vaccinations completed as of the time of adoption and spay/neuter
Throughout the adoption application process, Our Pal’s Place will act in accordance with what we feel is in the best interest of our dogs. Our decisions are based on what we know about our dog’s temperament, background and current needs. If multiple applications are received for a dog, we will review all applications equally vs accepting the first application. All decisions are made jointly by the Adoption Management Team.
