Greetings, I'm Midnight the cat and I am looking for my furever home where I can purr out the rest of my golden years. I love my foster mom (she feeds me at least 2x/day! & she gives me cuddles in my safe spaces) and she loves me, but she already has a house full of pets, and honestly, I'm not very fond of her other pets (even though she seems to like them a lot!). See, I lived on the streets as the designated Neighborhood Cat for somewhere around 8-10 years. I'm still getting used to living in the same territory as other four-legged furry creatures, and I'm not sure I like it all that much. I DO like getting fed regularly, sleeping on soft surfaces like sofas and blankets, NOT being exposed to rain and heat, getting plenty of human affection, and getting my immediate medical needs taken care of (thank you, Animal Helper supporters!!). Being an indoor cat is pretty swell, actually, and I would happily devote all of my "feline devotion energy" (meowing at you at mealtimes, rubbing against your legs for treats and play time, purring when you pick me up and scratch my face in all the right places, looking at you with squinty love blinks) to you for the rest of my life if you will let me be an only cat, or an almost-only cat in your household. I'll be honest, I've had a pretty rough life up to this point, but I am very grateful for the second chance at a happy, loving, and comfy senior stage life Animal Helper has given me. Will you please consider being my human I can love and count on for my last years?
