URGENT! Grover in boarding and must find a home or foster!
Grover is a handsome and happy boy! He’s a large (75 lbs), two-year-old Pit Terrier who was rescued from the Pasadena Humane Society.

Grover currently lives at Barton Kennels in Sun Valley and he gets a long well with the other dogs. He also shows a gentle curiosity towards those of the feline persuasion however, they do not share in his willingness to mingle.

Grover enjoys car rides, open-air and sunshine! He loves to go on walks although his rear-legs occasionally limp when he over-exerts himself. His veterinarian (Dr. Hohne, East Valley Veterinary Clinic) doesn’t think the condition is serious and theorizes that Grover may have been born this way. Grover is accustomed to living indoors/outdoors and he is not an excessive ‘barker.’ His overall demeanor is friendly and energetic, yet low-key towards the people he knows and he’s un-fazed by strangers. He’s also a good watch-dog for the home and would fare best in a large yard.

Health/Grooming: Courtesy of the Pasadena Humane Society, Grover is neutered and up to date on all vaccinations as of March 2013. His short-hair requires no-special grooming and he receives occasional baths as needed.
