I am already spayed, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.
The first step in our adoption process is an application, which you can submit online at www.littlebitsrescue.org It does not obligate you in any way, but we do not arrange meetings or make telephone contact until we have one. Nicole was surrendered to a rural shelter by owners who had allowed her coat to become so matted that she had to be shaved to the skin. They told the shelter that she is a year old schnoodle, or schnauzer/poodle mix. She weighs 12 pounds. We do have a picture of her “pre-groom” that we will be glad to share with an applicant. Nicole is an extremely friendly, outgoing little girl who loves to be close to her person. Nicole has been spayed, been brought up to date on all her immunizations, tested negative for heartworms and started on preventative. Nicole will not be placed in a home with children under the age of 10 or with a dog weighing more than 25 pounds. Her adoption donation is $150, and she is being fostered in Birmingham, Alabama. We do approve out of state adoptions, but you must be willing to drive to the foster home to “fetch” your new family member. We do not ship or transport our dogs. If you are interested in adopting this sweet baby, the first step is to submit an APPLICATION
We do not place any dog in a home with "invisible" or underground fencing.
