Denver's Story...
Denver is a charming little fellow that loves his world and delights in chasing bugs, playing with toys and most of all playing with his friend Beauty. Denver is good with other dogs, but not so fond of cats. He loves to play in water, run and explore everything. Denver interacts well with the staff and volunteers and has learned to walk on the leash. He listens well, but does get distracted easily. He will require daily walks, lots of exercise and games to keep him occupied. Denver will be a loyal and fun loving friend who will respond well to gentle, but firm training. He will do best in a family with children twelve and older who are respectful of pets. He will thrive with a family that is active, social and willing to give him the time and patience to grow and learn.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Denver, a Mountain Center Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Mountain Center, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Mountain Center.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mountain Center already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mountain Center breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mountain Center paves the way for another one to be saved.
