My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beautiful Daisy is in need of a new home. Her owner can no longer care for her and she needs an active fun family so she can have companionship and exercise.

She is a 63 lb, 5 year old catahoula leopard dog. She could use a little "Weight Watchers" program but with more exercise she will slim right down to a good weight. She is very healthy and we got her updated on her shots and heartworm test (negative for all 4 items on the 4DX test).

Daisy is wonderful with children and she has met cats and chickens with no reaction at all. She is terrific with other dogs and, in fact, is being fostered at a wonderful doggy day care! She is a crazy ball player and could play all day long if you are willing! She also loves to ride in the car and is just an all-around awesome girl!

To apply to adopt this dog, please visit our web site to access our application and learn more about adoption through Lucky Pup Rescue, www.luckypuprescue.org.

Please note, we do not have a physical location, but we are supported by a network of wonderful foster homes that are spread throughout New England. A dog will need to be visited by a prospective adopter in the foster home where they are feeling safe and comfortable.

Thank you for considering rescue!
