Abby's Story...
Hi! I'm Abby! I'm a cute little button of a lady whose estimated birthdate is June, 2012. I was flown up to Happily Ever After in June, 2013 in an airplane all the way from Savannah, GA in hopes of finding my forever home! I'm still learning to trust all of these new people that I meet everyday, but after about five seconds, I'll want to crawl into your lap and give you lots of kisses!!! Do you have room in your home for a little pipsqueak like me? I promise I won't take up much room! Please stop by HEA's Green Bay Adoption Center weeknights from 6-8 pm, and weekdays from 11 am-4 pm to meet me! Smooches, Abby

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby, a Green Bay Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Green Bay, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Green Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Green Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Green Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Green Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
