CLICK HERE TO SEE DONUT'S MOTHER KATIE:
FAST FORWARD: 10 months later, the homeless family decided to dump Donut at a kill shelter. Now, he was full-grown (about 100 lbs.) . Sadly enough, they didn't socialize Donut and he grew up in a very chaotic environment (drug and alcohol abuse). The children of the homeless family used to play with him and when the parents left Donut to be killed in the shelter, the kids were heartbroken. Fortunately, our rescue was able save Donut, the VERY DAY HE WAS GOING TO BE EUTHANIZED! He was absolutely TERRIFIED in the shelter. Donut didn't trust anybody at first. He has now been with us for a while and LOVES all the staff. He is a total goofball and loves to play with toys and even tried out our doggie pool!
But Donut is still very nervous with new people and will need professional training. Please got to this website, to see our training: www.bluedogranchtraining.com
Please make a donation for Donut's training, so that he has a chance to get adopted!! Donut is a youngster and has his entire life ahead of him! We prefer to place the dogs in the greater Los Angeles / Orange County area.
