My story

INITIAL BIO 06/15/2013: MEET HARLEY! Harley will be 3 years old in several weeks; he weighs 8 lbs and is a Morkie (yorkie/maltese). Harley is being fostered in Leesburg, Florida.



Harley was sadly surrendered by his owners because their work schedules allowed for little time with him. He appears to be in good health, current on all his vaccinations, and is altered. He will visit the vet this week for a heartworm test and be microchipped.



Harley loves the fenced-in backyard; however, his foster parents have already learned that he can only go to a home where he is the only dog or one with a smaller non- dominant and submissive dog. Unfortunately, Harley was attacked by two larger aggressive dogs in the past, and he is very skittish around large dogs. Look for additional info on Harley as he gets adjusted to his new foster home and family and his foster parents learn more about him.
