Jan's Story...
My name is Jan and I am a part of the Brady Bunch. My siblings are Cindy, Bobby, Greg, Marcia & Alice. We were born in April of 2013. We will be fully vetted when were are 3 months old. This will include 3 distemper vaccines, rabies vaccine, spay/neuter, dewormer, flea control and a microchip. Our adoption fee is $125 for one kitten or two kittens for $200. That way, we can be with a sibling and have someone to play with while you are at work. We have been combo tested for FIV and FeLV and we are all negative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jan, a Great Mills Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Great Mills, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Great Mills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Great Mills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Great Mills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Great Mills paves the way for another one to be saved.
