ANGELIQUE's Story...
Hello! I'm Angelique - a sweet 9 month old little girl. I'm very gentle and sweet, though I can be quite the little attention hog! I went from being a little shy and hesitant to now being the bravest, friendliest cat here!!! I LOVE to give kisses and to play! I absolutely love other cats so it would be great if my forever home could have one! Or maybe one of my friends can come home with me? Either way!! I am a sweetheart and I'm ready to finally find my forever home!!

Angelique is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. If you're interested in meeting Angelique, please email adoption@goldenpawsociety.org to set up an appointment! :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

ANGELIQUE, a Huntington Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Huntington, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Huntington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntington paves the way for another one to be saved.
