My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Very sad story...Lucy, 2 yrs old, calico. Has been living outside in a managed feral colony until about 6 weeks ago when the caretaker noticed her bumping into things, stepping on the food dishes & other cats. We brought her in to find out that she is NOT feral and has suddenly gone blind & is a very friendly sweet girl. Unable to live outside any longer she just wants her own indoor home with other cats to settle in to. She is just learning to use her other senses in place of her eyes so you need to talk to her first then approach her slowly with your hand out to smell. Once she smells your hand she will begin to rub herself on your hand, roll over on her back. The blindness shouldn't be an issue once she knows her surroundings, & yes she uses the litter box just fine.
