Clyde (aka Mr. Handsome) is possibly the most affectionate and loving cat in Vancouver. He warmed up to his foster family within hours of meeting them and is very friendly and approachable. He got comfortable in his foster home after just a day, and is the king of the castle now. He does not get startled easily and is not shy or nervous.

Clyde loves company and is happy to be in your lap. He gives sweet little purrs and meows when he's extra happy. He loves back rubs and head scratches and will rub up against you as long as you let him. Clyde also loves to look out the window at passing cars and people.

There are no issues with feeding Clyde since he has a great appetite. He is trained to use the litter box.

Clyde is a perfect cat for adoption and he can't wait to give his forever family the affection and love he was born to give.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clyde, a Vancouver Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
