Buddy ~ Adoption Pending's Story...
Buddy is approximately 7-8 years old. He is a collie or husky mix and was
already neutered when found. He is very mellow and sweet with other dogs and
people. He loves being outside and going to doggy daycare! He does well with
small and large dogs, male or female! When he is at home, he is calm and will
lay down. Rarely he will try to play with the other dogs :) He loves to get a
back scratch! Buddy is such a sweet spirit.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy ~ Adoption Pending, a Youngstown Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Youngstown, or seeking a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Youngstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Youngstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Youngstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Youngstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
