Candie's Story...
Meet Candie. This senior American Eskimo Dog was owner surrendered. She was rescued from a truck driver who claimed he couldn't keep her any longer. She is a very sweet girl,
and we are trying to assist in finding her forever home. This is a courtesy listing, and we will put you in contact with her current caretaker. Candie is appox 10 years of age. She has a cataract on one eye which has impaired her vision. She is iffy with other dogs, and would do best in a home without other animals. She is current on all shots , and recently seen the vet. Please fill out an adoption application on our website. We will then forward the application to her current caretaker. Visit Our Website to fill out an Adoption app

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Candie, a Syracuse American Eskimo Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Eskimo Dog for sale in Syracuse, or seeking a American Eskimo Dog dog from a breeder in Syracuse.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Syracuse already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Syracuse breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Eskimo Dog breeders who help with American Eskimo Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Syracuse paves the way for another one to be saved.
