POTTER's Story...
Potter is a very handsome 6 month, 7 Lbs little guy. He is very playful and very loving to people, shows his affection so well! He enjoys being cuddled, sleeping next to his human, he is the ultimate lap doggie. He has great temperament, he is not nervous or skittish, he enjoys the company and play time with the other doggies at his foster home, because of his small size, ideally he would go to a home without small children. Potter is patiently waiting for his forever family to find him and take him home

Why Adoption is a Great Option

POTTER, a El Cajon Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in El Cajon, or seeking a Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in El Cajon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Cajon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Cajon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Cajon paves the way for another one to be saved.
