Duke's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Duke's Story... -- Through no fault of his own, this sweet and beautiful boy finds himself facing a trip to the county shelter. He needs a forever home ASAP! Duke is a very smart and friendly boy, and he loves to play fetch and walk on his leash! He is two years old, up to date on all vaccines, and neutered. He is great with humans of all ages and ok with other dogs, with proper introduction.

Duke is highly playful, well trained (on / off leash) and will follow his new master anywhere. Fetch is a non-stop activity. So, let go hurding? Ok Hiking!

When he was young he was white with a couple black marks. Now he is merril and red. As he is getting older he becomes more red. He is quite handsom!

Duke will make a great addition to an active family or family with other playful pups and room to run.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Duke, a Gilbert Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
