THIS IS SAMANTHA (or Sammi as she is fondly known here)..... a sweet, spunky, spicy, 14 lb, black with splashes of white, 4 yr old Cockapoo. She came to us from the Orange County shelter, which is overrun with small, adorable dogs, so LHH shipped her up to Fresno for adoption. So often, the black dogs get overlooked, and this little girl was one who did until LHH snatched her up! She is a dream dog....very healthy, has the most soulful brown eyes that always seem to be smiling. Sammi has a wonderful personality and keeps us laughing with her comical antics. She will be your shadow and follow you everywhere -- even into the restroom! She LOVES to cuddle, hug, and kiss all day! And yes, her tongue is up for the job, as you can see it is almost as wide as it is long!! She loves to sleep right next to you in bed and lie on your lap whenever she can. She seems to be potty trained, learned the doggie door in a snap (but no guarantees at your house!). She really wants to please. While she is a bit of a tomboy, she loves to dress up and have bows in her soft, curly hair. Sammi is a very outgoing, curious, and adventurous girl who, who loves long walks, running and playing with toys, chasing balls and having a blast with other dogs. Sammi just wants to be the life of the party! She is great with people of all ages and would do well in a home with another dog and even kids 8+. She needs a human who will love her, give her LOTS of attention, and pamper her like the lil Princess that she is. She is a wonderful balance of energy and calm -- she is just an ideal family companion. Might she fit in at your house?
Sammi is available in the Fresno area but could be brought down to Los Angeles if the perfect home presents itself :) Maybe that is you?
Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID tag!

Most Sundays, unless we are doing a special event, we are at Westfield Century City Mall from 12p-4pm behind the Concierge Booth near Brooks Bros. Park in the Orange Section in the parking structure and come up the escallator and follow the signage. You can see this, and many more, adorable pups at this weekly event! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!!!
