Queenie (foster care)'s Story...
Why hello! My name is QUEENIE (A20355836) and I am ready for someone to come and give me the life of a queen that I deserve. I am so scared here at the shelter. Right now I’m not very interested in toys or treats because I am too sad to play. I’m a medium-sized white & brindle Terrier, Pit Bull/Mix and my volunteer friends tell me I’m beautiful like a queen. I don’t mind other dogs and I promise to be the best life companion I can be if you’ll just whisk me away so we can live happily ever after.

Act quickly to adopt Queenie (foster care). Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Queenie (foster care), a Philadelphia Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Philadelphia, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Philadelphia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Philadelphia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Philadelphia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Philadelphia paves the way for another one to be saved.
