Val's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Val's Story...
Val is a fun loving gal. She is very easy going and is fine entertaining herself, if needed. She is loaded with energy and will "play soccer" in the yard with her ball, or join her humans for a game of fetch that will go on until you get tired of throwing! She would love to try an agility course someday!

She is able to be left alone in a closed room while humans are at work with no accidents or destruction.

Val gets along great with other dogs, cats, children - immediately loves humans of all ages!

Val's adoption fee is $100; she’s up to date with routine shots, micro-chipped and altered and has tested negative for heartworms.
Some of our dogs are in foster homes; please call the shelter, 618-282-7387, to check on their location.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Val, a Columbia Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bull Terrier for sale in Columbia, or seeking a Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Columbia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bull Terrier breeders who help with Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbia paves the way for another one to be saved.
