Here's what the humans have to say about me:
SKIPPY'S STORY/JUNE 24, 2013: Skippy (yes, as in peanut butter....the color of his fur), must have gotten out of a yard somewhere or have been dumped, because he ended up on the other side of a 4 lane highway at Mis Amigos, a dog care center in our town. He was never claimed. Mis Amigos is continuing to board him and Puppy Dog Ranch has had him vaccinated and neutered.
He is a smallish-medium size doggy, he is very affectionate and playful and would make a fantastic family pet. Mis Amigos staff assumes he is house trained because he has not gone to the bathroom in his dog run, but will go out the doggy door instead. Yippee!
AUGUST 2, 2013 UPDATE: SKIPPY is doing well, loves when he receives attention, but really needs to not be living in a kennel! He is getting along well with other dogs, both large and small, during doggy day care, and he is great with kids!! WOO HOO! So any family who would like to give a home to a sweet, smallish-medium sized, happy-go-lucky dog with a big personality -- give us a call to have Skippy come to your house for a pre-adoption sleepover!
OCTOBER 31 UPDATE: Skippy may not be photogenic.....it's a real shame....but he makes up for it with his sweet, gentle affection! He is sensitive and loves to cuddle with his person!
