Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Skye is a very sweet shepherd mix pup, approximately 8-10 months old and 30 pounds.

Here is what her foster mom has to say about her :
"Skye is doing so well in our home and is warming up nicely to the human touch. She gets along well with all of the dogs....and is a very sweet girl with a temperament to match.

I don't understand how, but she seems to be house trained (no accidents in our home and does go to the door when she wants out) I can only attribute this to her watching and learning from our other dogs.
She hasn't had much use for toys and doesn't seem to know what they are but is very well mannered and very smart and I'm sure she'll pick up on it very soon.

She already knows sit and is walking on her leash with only a small enticement ( treats in my hand). She has only been with us for 2 days, but is fitting in quite nicely and will make someone a wonderful companion."
Skye will be at our adoptable dog meet and greet this Saturday at Bone Adventure in Wayzata from noon to 2 pm. You can also fill out an application on our website at www.safehandsrescue.org under Adoptions.

Because a home visit is required we can only adopt to homes within a 60 mile radius of the twin cities
