Penny's Story...
Penny is a little girl with the sweetest little dab of white on her chest.

This large litter of kittens was rescued from severe neglect when they were very tiny. They were raised by us with lots of TLC including bottle feeding the itty bitty munchkins. Because of this, they are delightfully sociable, happy, and playful. They adore people and are not fearful at all; they happily go right up to strangers in hopes of making new friends. All of them love being handled and are so snuggly and sweet. They also love playing with each other and have great social skills.

Truly, you couldn’t find better personalities in kittens, every last one of these little beauties are just perfect!

Apply now and come meet Penny. She is about 12 weeks old as of August 1. Adoption donation $50 per kitten.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Penny, a High Point Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in High Point, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in High Point.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in High Point already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a High Point breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in High Point paves the way for another one to be saved.
