My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Folks, please consider adopting this little adorable, love bug! She has had surgery and been fully repaired now by one of the best orthopedic surgeons in the valley. Sugar Pie has just had her stitches removed and is now released with full activity and no restrictions. PLEASE KNOW, HER SURGERY WAS NECESSARY FOR HER BROKEN HIP BONE. This is a common operation and will allow the dog to fully heal with no lameness. (I know from my personal experience, one of my very own dogs had the same surgery completed a number of years ago (8) and she runs like crazy and is very active. She is my proof.)

Sugar Pie was hit by a car a couple of weeks ago, and of course, they never stopped to help. This precious little girl hobbled her way out of busy traffic and found a nice shady tree to rest her injured body under till a sweet Angel came to help her. We took her promptly to an amazing veterinarian and her surgery was completed immediately.

Sugar Pie is a very, cute little eight month old, mix German Shepherd girl. She only weighs right at 35 lbs. and probably will not get much bigger. She is excellent with other dogs and is in a private foster home with two large dogs and they all get along together superbly! She is very friendly and playful.

Sugar Pie is current on her vaccinations and will have to be spayed in approximately three months.

I will not recommend a home with smaller children at this time, but no doubt, she will be great with older kids. And Sugar Pie would love to have a doggie play-mate in the house-hold. She is house-broken and very well behaved in the home environment.
