Max's Story...
Meet Max! He is an eight month old purebred Maltese and the sweetest little guy you will ever meet! Max kind of looks like a hot mess because when we first got him he was covered in mats all over his body. As soon as he heals from getting neutered he can be groomed and will be the most beautiful dog. Max loves everyone dogs, cats, kids. He thinks everyone is a playmate. He also loves playing with his toys. He is great on his leash and in his crate. Max is an awesome guy looking for his forever family to love him as much as he will love you!

Max's adoption fee is $400.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Worcester Maltese puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Worcester, or seeking a Maltese puppy from a breeder in Worcester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Worcester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Worcester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Worcester paves the way for another one to be saved.
