My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rascal and his friend Sandy were seen being thrown out of a car in Los Angeles, and when the neighbors chased down the owner, he was crying and said he couldn’t care for them anymore, and drove off. Rascal is full of happy energy and seems to love everyone he comes in contact with. He has no fear, so he is curious and will bond with anyone, although he is protective of his food. Rascal is a very happy dog, and will make you happy too!
