Eben's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Eben's Story...
Eben was pulled from Pasadena Humane 1-1/2 hours before he was to be euthanized. One of our adopters saw him the night before on the internet, fell in love and asked us to pull him out and well....can you resist that face? Eben is about a year old, 65 pounds and s one of the stars of our doggie socialization class. He is a bit shy when he first meets you but when he warms up you will be covered in kisses. This is a very quiet dog who is content to hang out with his people, go for long walks (he is great on a leash) and well, Eben is just an all-around nice guy. Eben can go into a home with a female dog his size or he will be quite happy to be an only child.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eben, a West Los Angeles American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in West Los Angeles, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in West Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
