Auggie's Story...
Auggie is about 10 pounds and 2 years old, is super happy and social. We were told he was depressed at the shelter but no signs of that! Does good with dogs, cats and people. He wants to be with his pack but he doesn't have to be on your lap. Neutered, will be microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, and comes with a month of free pet insurance. He is cute and other than being a little too vocal and working on training for that and he is actually doing great with that and crate and house training. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Auggie, a Sacramento Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
