Lambchop's Story...
Well this is fantastic I’m Lambchop and I was rescued from a feral colony when I was very young and grew up at my foster mom’s house. I was born in April and was one of two born to a mom who was deserted by my dad. So a really nice lady came and took me to my foster mom’s house and that was really nice because I we did not have to go around looking for something to eat. Her house was nice and we had a clean bed and all we got to play and play. Life is really good, but now my foster mom says it is time for me to find my forever home so if anyone out there is looking for a girl tuxedo kitten I just might be the one for you if you like to snuggle and play. Give me a call if you are interested in meeting me.

Please call 804-288-9797 and ask Cece all about Lambchop.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lambchop, a Richmond Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
