Bean's Story...
Hi, my name is Bean and I am taking adoption applications. I am still a baby but growing up fast and I am searching for my forever home. My foster mom says I am a sweet boy and she gives me kisses and hugs all the time and I get to go to sleep next to her on the couch and on her lap with my brother, who is also ready for adoption. His name is Moe. I love to play with kitty wands and laser lights. I just discovered how cool it is to lay on a window seat and look outside. My foster home has 2 dogs and a senior cat and I try so hard to lay next to them but they just walk away from me. I would really like another friendly cat or dog to cuddle with. If you adopt me, it is like saving two lives. You see, it opens up a spot in my current foster home for mom to take in another homeless baby. It is a win win situation. Waiting for your application.
XOXO Bean

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bean, a Huntsville Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
