Willie's Story...
Greetings! My name is Willie! I'm a happy-go-lucky little guy whose estimated birthdate is March, 2011. I did have a home once, but was surrendered to Happily Ever After in June, 2013, because my owners could no longer take care of me. I'm a special boy for many reasons, but one of my neatest characteristics is that I can jump SO HIGH when I want to peek at you through windows and doors! It almost looks like I have a pogo stick! I absolutely love goofing around, and have a few select toys here at HEA that I have deemed my favorites! Don't worry, I like to share them with anyone that comes to visit me, and will even fetch them and bring them back to you! If you're looking for a fun little guy to add to your home, then I'm your man! Please come and visit me at HEA's Green Bay Adoption Center weekdays from 6-8 pm, and weekends from 11 am-4 pm! Love, Willie

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willie, a Green Bay Westie, West Highland White Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Westie, West Highland White Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Green Bay, or seeking a Westie, West Highland White Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Green Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Green Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Green Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Westie, West Highland White Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Westie, West Highland White Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Green Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
