I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Cheech's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Cheech's Story...
CHEECH, A FIVE YEAR OLD LONG HAIRED CHI/SPANIEL MIX MALE (15 pounds), and
his best friend TIMBER, a ten year old 35 pound lab mix spent their whole
lives as outdoor dogs. When their owner died a few weeks ago the man's
daughter could not keep them so they were both shelter bound! We stepped in
and saved them both. Both dogs are super sweet and loving and get along with all people and other
dogs. No cats, though. We are looking for a home for them together, ideally, or apart where Timber,
the older one, can get a lot of love and attention and Cheech can be with another dog.
They are now inside dogs at their foster and are very happy! Both dogs are neutered, micro-chipped and current on shots.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cheech, a Santa Monica Chihuahua/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Santa Monica, or seeking a Chihuahua/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Santa Monica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Monica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Monica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Monica paves the way for another one to be saved.
