Zenta's Story...
Zenta (Mocha) is a 1 ½ year old German shepherd mix. She is small, about 25 pounds, but possesses all of the intelligence and energy of the breed. She is easy to train and eager to please. She invites the other dogs to play, but is also able to entertain herself at times. She does have a lot of energy, and needs at least an hour of person directed hard play every day. She will run, and swim, but fetch is her very favorite. Zenta loves to gives hugs and kisses. Ice cubes are a favorite snack. She does well with other dogs and children, and would be best in a house with another dog to play with. She has a metal plate in one leg due to a break last year, but the injury is fully healed and there are no lasting effects from the injury. She is current on all shots. Zenta has been crate trained and is fully house broken.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zenta, a Las Vegas Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
